Cancellation Policy for HM Interior

At HM Interior, we aim to provide a seamless and professional experience for all our interior design projects in Bengaluru. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for both our clients and our project team.

1. Cancellation Process

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible via email at contact@hminteriorblr.in. Please include your name, project site address, and the reason for the cancellation to help us process your request promptly.

2. Cancellation Fees & Refunds

Because our work involves personalized design hours, custom material procurement, and labor scheduling, our cancellation policy is structured based on the project phase:

Initial BookingYou may cancel after the initial booking. A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the booking amount to cover initial consultations and preliminary planning.
Design & PlanningOnce final designs are approved and procurement/production has begun, the 40% Design & Planning milestone payment is generally non-refundable due to the specialized nature of these custom services.
On-Site ExecutionCancellations during the execution phase are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will refund the cost of any uninstalled materials or labor not yet rendered, minus a 20% project management cancellation fee.

3. Important Considerations

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Any custom-ordered materials (e.g., specialized stone, custom modular furniture, specific fixtures) that have already been manufactured or dispatched to our site cannot be refunded.

  • Third-Party Contracts: If your project involves third-party contractors or specialized vendors whose services have been booked, their individual cancellation policies may also apply.

  • Resolution: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, our team will perform a final audit of the project status and provide you with a detailed breakdown of the refund amount within 3 business days.
