Warranty Policy for HM Interior

At HM Interior, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and the durability of the materials we use in your homes and offices. We stand behind our work and offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind long after the project is completed.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials supplied and installed by HM Interior.
Modular Furniture & Cabinetry: We provide a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in modular components, including hinges, slides, and structural integrity.
Civil & Structural Works: We offer a 2-year warranty on civil works, such as internal wall finishes, false ceilings, and flooring installations.
Electrical & Plumbing: We provide a 1-year warranty on all electrical wiring, switches, and plumbing fixtures installed by our team.
Third-Party Products: Appliances (e.g., chimneys, hobs, lights) are covered under the specific manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer should any issues arise.
2. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Normal Wear and Tear: Expected aging of materials over time, such as minor fading of colors or surface scratches from regular use.
Improper Use: Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
External Factors: Damage due to water leakage (if not caused by our plumbing), fire, natural disasters, or pest infestations.
Unauthorized Repairs: Any work or modifications performed by third-party contractors or individuals not authorized by HM Interior.
3. Claiming Your Warranty
If you notice a defect or an issue that falls under our warranty coverage:
Report the Issue: Contact us via email at contact@hminteriorblr.in. Please include your Project Name, Site Address, and photos/videos of the defect.
Assessment: Our technical team will inspect the issue, usually within 5–7 business days, to determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
Resolution: We will repair or replace the defective component free of charge if the issue is confirmed to be a result of our workmanship or material quality.
4. Commitment to Quality
We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients in Bengaluru. Should you have any questions about how to maintain your interiors or require support outside of the warranty period, we are always happy to assist with maintenance and repair services at a nominal cost.
