Payment Policy for HM Interior

At HM Interior, we believe in building trust through transparency. Our payment process is designed to be clear, structured, and milestone-based, ensuring that your interior design project in Bengaluru progresses smoothly and according to plan.
1. Payment Schedule
We operate on a milestone-based payment system. This ensures that you only pay for completed stages of your project.
Project Booking (10%): Paid upon signing the agreement to finalize your design vision and reserve your project slot.
Design & Planning (40%): Paid once the final designs, layouts, and material specifications are approved. This stage covers procurement and initial production.
On-Site Execution (25%): Paid before we begin the on-site installation and labor-intensive work at your property.
Final Handover (25%): The final balance is due upon successful completion of the project, prior to the final site handover and quality inspection.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure a secure and efficient process, we accept the following payment modes:
Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS): Our preferred method for all milestone payments.
UPI: Accepted for convenience for smaller transactions or booking amounts.
Credit/Debit Cards: Securely processed via our authorized payment gateway.
Security Note: All payments must be made directly to the official HM Interior bank account. For your protection, we do not authorize cash payments to individual staff members or laborers. Always verify our official account details on your invoice before making a transfer.
3. Terms & Conditions
Quotation Validity: All project quotations provided by HM Interior are valid for 30 days. We recommend finalizing your booking within this period to lock in material and service costs.
Scope Changes: Any additions or modifications to the project scope requested after the final design approval will be billed separately. We will always provide an updated cost estimate for your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Timely Payments: Project timelines are tied to the receipt of payments. To avoid delays in your project completion, please ensure payments are cleared according to the agreed milestones.
